Scrivimi! Messenger is operated by Orchard Games (contact below).

1. Who can use Scrivimi!

You must be at least 13 years old to use Scrivimi! (or older where your country requires it, such as 16 in some EU countries). This applies to everyone, including the person using a T-Deck. Scrivimi! is not directed to children under 13.

2. The admin is responsible

The person who creates the account and pairs a T-Deck is its admin. As admin, you're responsible for:

• making sure everyone using your T-Deck and your network meets the minimum age;
• who you invite and approve as contacts (everyone you approve can message the T-Deck);
• how the T-Deck is used, and keeping your password safe. Lock or erase the T-Deck if it's lost.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Scrivimi! to harass, threaten or exploit anyone, to send illegal content, or to attack or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that put people or the service at risk, and we'll report exploitation to the authorities.

4. Your content

You own your messages and photos. You give us only the permission we need to store them and deliver them to the people you're chatting with. We don't use them for advertising or to train AI models.

5. Device firmware and updates

The T-Deck firmware is provided as is. Installing it overwrites the device's existing software. Follow the instructions on the install page. Admins can install signed updates from the app. We aren't responsible for the hardware itself, which is made by a third party.

6. Service availability

We try to keep Scrivimi! running reliably but can't guarantee it will always be available. Don't rely on it for emergencies. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

7. Ending your account

You can export your data or delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Account data). See the Privacy Policy for what's deleted. We may end the service with reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (if any). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
